No Activity Logs: What It Means for Your VPN

What a no activity logs promise covers, what any VPN account still needs to work and what your internet provider can still see.

4 min read

No activity logs means our servers do not record what you do while the VPN is on: the sites, apps and streams you use. It is a promise about your activity. It does not mean that a store knows nothing about you, because every account needs a few details to work.

This guide explains what no activity logs covers, what it does not cover, what an account still holds and what your internet provider can still see. Plain words, no small print.

What counts as activity

Activity is what passes through the VPN: which sites you open, which apps talk to which servers and what you watch. With no activity logs, none of that is written down on our servers.

  • Not recorded: the sites you visit.
  • Not recorded: the apps you use and the servers they talk to.
  • Not recorded: the streams you watch.

Why no activity logs matters for IPTV

With the VPN on, your provider no longer sees which services your devices talk to. That only helps if the VPN server does not keep that record instead. No activity logs closes that gap: your traffic passes through our server, and what you watched is not written down there. The apps you open and the sites you visit stay between your device and the services you use.

What is encrypted

Everything between your device and our VPN server is encrypted. DNS and IPv6 leak protection keep those requests inside the tunnel too, so they do not slip out to your provider on the side.

What an account still holds

Your account holds what any store needs to work: your email address, your orders and your VPN login. Without them we could not take a payment, renew a plan or let you sign in.

To keep to the device limit, the VPN server also has to know how many devices are connected to your account right now. With the OpenVPN profile, when one more device connects than your plan covers, the oldest connection is closed so the newest one can connect.

Totals that run the service

To run the servers and plan for more of them, we keep totals for each account per day: how much data passed, how long the VPN was connected, how many devices were on at once and which way you connected. These are totals only. They hold nothing about what you did: no sites, no apps and no streams.

That is the difference between no activity logs and no data at all. A VPN that sells accounts always holds some account data. The promise is about your activity.

What your provider still sees

With the VPN on, your internet provider sees that you connect to a VPN server, when you do and how much data passes. It does not see which apps you use or what you watch. Read is your internet provider slowing down IPTV for what that means for your streams.

What the services you use still see

They see the address of our VPN server, not yours. A service you sign in to still knows it is you, because you signed in. No activity logs on our side does not change what an app or a service records about you on its own.

What no activity logs does not do

  • It does not protect a device that has the VPN switched off.
  • It does not change what an app records about your account with that app.
  • It does not make a weak password safe. Use a strong one for your account.

How to see the VPN at work

1Switch the VPN on

Connect in the WireGuard app, or in the VPN section of IPTV Smarters Pro. See the WireGuard guide or the IPTV Smarters Pro guide.

2Look up your address

Open any website that shows your IP address. With the VPN on, it shows the address of our VPN server, not the one from your provider.

3Open your IPTV app after the VPN

Start the VPN first, then the IPTV app, so the app uses the tunnel from the start.

Questions to ask any VPN

These questions work for any VPN you look at, ours included:

  • What does it record about your activity?
  • What does an account hold?
  • What totals does it keep to run the service?
  • What can your provider still see?

A clear answer to each is a good sign. Our privacy page has the short version of ours, and OpenVPN vs WireGuard for IPTV explains the two ways to connect. No activity logs applies to both of them, and to every device on your plan.

Plans and what they include

Every plan has the same features and differs only in length: 1 month for €5, 3 months for €14, 6 months for €25 or 12 months for €45. Prices as of October 2026, from €3.75 a month. Each plan covers up to 3 devices at the same time and includes the OpenVPN profile for IPTV apps and WireGuard for TVs, phones and computers, plus stealth mode for networks that block VPN connections.
